Therapeutic
Relieves pain, reduces stress, and works a specific problem area. Performed with medium or firm pressure, and customizable with hot stones or CBD-infused lotion.
Reflexology
A reflexology massage applies pressure to the feet or hands to stimulate the body into healing itself — improving circulation, reducing stress, and restoring balance. Begins with an essential oil soak.
Hot Stone
Our Las Cruces hot stone massage rests smooth heated stones on the body, warming and relaxing the muscles. The localized heat lets the therapist work deeper into those areas without discomfort.
Himalayan Salt Stone
A Himalayan salt stone massage works warm stones carrying 72 trace minerals over the body while a tuning fork adds gentle vibration. The combination settles the nervous system in a way ordinary heat does not. Booked with Leigh Ann.

Ambrosia Lee, LMT
Ambrosia is a Las Cruces massage therapist, licensed in New Mexico and a graduate of the Massage Therapy Training Institute here in town. She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
She is trained in eighteen modalities, among them Swedish, sports, side-lying, pre-natal, infant and seated massage, manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy and hydrotherapy stone massage. Which of those a session draws on depends on the assessment at the start, not on what was booked.

All cancellations or reschedules require a 24 hour notice, or they will be subject to charges.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled without a 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost, in order to schedule another appointment.
Appointments that are missed and neglected to give notice (no call, no show) will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost, in order to schedule another appointment.
