A little about
Brittney Ingram the Owner

Brittney created Studio One Six because of her love and admiration of the hair industry. She is a firm believer in the saying that “If you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life.” She also believes that your biggest competition is yourself. This is why she has ventured to learn, grow, and evolve as a stylist over the years. She is always looking for ways to improve her artistry, which includes continuing education in customized color placement and precision hair cutting. 

 

 

Brittney prides herself in being open-minded to learning and mastering new techniques in the ever-changing hair industry. Brittney believes you should never stay inside the box because there’s always something new to be learned and strive for.  And the most rewarding part of her profession, is building long lasting relationships with clients, that allow her to magnify their beauty through the art of cosmetology.

 
 
 
 
 

 A little about Jeanette Davis

Meet your Stylist!

Jeanette was born and raised in Roswell,  NM and moved to Las Cruces in 2001 where she worked towards her Bachelors in Fine Arts. After obtaining her bachelors she went to Cosmetology school where she could still use her skills as an artist on a different platform. She fell in love and has a real passion for her job as a stylist. Now she’s been a stylist for over 12 years and stays  up to date on the latest techniques and trends by attending continuing education classes and traveling to hair shows. She loves doing haircuts and specializes in short hair and pixie cuts. She loves her clients and wants each person to leave feeling beautiful.

 
 
 
 
 

 A little about Shayna Foster

Meet your Stylist!

Shayna has worked in every corner of the beauty industry. She began her career as a Representative and Professional Makeup Artist for Too Faced Cosmetics. In 2009, Shayna graduated from the Aveda Global Headquarters Institute in Minneapolis, MN. After completing her degree in cosmetology she relocated to Las Cruces, NM where she worked with Aveda and them moved to become a Kevin Murphy key educator for the state of New Mexico. As an educator she enjoyed working with other stylists to keep the beauty industry up to date and ahead of the trends. Shayna continues to work doing hair and makeup for editorial sessions, as well as makeup for special events.
 
Shanyna specializes in curly hair cutting and colour design. She is well educated and trained in the latest cutting and colouring techniques. Shayna attends multiple advanced training courses and hair shows around the country each year. Whether it was behind the chair colouring and cutting, on set of a photo shoot doing editorial hair and makeup, being a Kevin Murphy Educator working with salons on the latest trends, or being a Rep and Makeup Artist for Too Faced Cosmetics…Shayna is passionate about it all!
 
 
 
 
 
 

 A little about Liliana Howley

Meet your Stylist!

Liliana truly has a passion for hair and that shows through every haircut, color, and style that leaves her chair. She began her career in 2002, graduated from Olympian University of Cosmetology. Liliana has a variety of training under her belt specializing in haircutting and highlights.

Liliana prides herself on developing and maintaining close relationships and trust within her clients, by listening to their wants, while adding suggestions to help figure out what they need. She strives to make you feel and look your best from the inside out.

A little about Beth Carrillo

 

Meet your Esthetician!

Beth Carrillo is a licensed esthetician and has been serving women and men in the las cruces area for over 15 years. She believes that although beauty starts from within, everyone should have the opportunity to experience healthy glowing skin. Beth believes this begins with educating her clients about the importance of skincare. She has had extensive continuing education training and is a member of the Integrated Aesthetics Association of Arizona where she is continually advancing her knowledge in the best skin practices. Beth is certified in Micro-needling, Derma planing, Chemical Peels, Oil-blading and Collagen Induction Therapy.  Beth also specializes in a variety of services, including: quick and easy Brazilian waxing, eyebrow artistry, and lash/brow tint. Along with her knowledge of all things beauty- Beth also brings a positive attitude, humor, and a smile to all of her clients. She is an expert in making anyone coming in for a service feel at home.

 

A little about Ambrosia Lee

Meet your Massage Therapist!

Ambrosia is a Licensed Massage Therapist, and a graduate of  MTTI (Massage Therapy Training Institute)in Las Cruces, New Mexico.  She is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. 

She is qualified and skilled in 18 modalities, including but not limited to, Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Side-Lying Massage, Pre-natal Massage, Infant Massage, Seated Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Therapy and Hydrotherapy-Stone Massage. She is also RockTape FMT Basic Certified.
